Notice of a Special Assessment Meeting
March 4, 2011 @ 6:00 pm
Location: The Towers Condominium Association Club House

The Board of Directors will consider a special assessment to cover the insurance payment and audit in the area of;

Building Insurance- $ 33,200.00
Audit - $ 4,800.00

The total Board of Directors will consider a special assessment for $38,000.00 or $400.00 per owner. This will be payable in one installment and will be due on April 1, 2011. This is currently under discussion by the Board of Directors because of financial deficiency for the building insurance and state required audit.

The agenda for the meeting is enclosed.

The meeting is open to all owners and we encourage your participation.
