We would like to take this opportunity to present you an official website for the Towers Condominiums that we have launched since 2009. Hopefully you will find it useful and interesting regarding this very special place you reside or own. The official website is: www.thetowerscondos.org.
Our idea was to provide you with current news and give you vital information for you to access without involving the Board of Directors or the Management Company. On the homepage displays a weather page icon that will give you up to the minute detail of what is happening outdoors, along with daily headlines of scheduled events around the property. The site is divided into areas of news then announcements that consist of letters or events that were recently or previously sent to residents. These letters like all information on the site can be translated through Google into the language of your choice so you may comprehend what is written. The letters can always be there for you to review anytime.
Please review on the Home Page the “Come Back Kid Award”. On May 15th, 2015 the Towers was recognized by the prestigious Florida Communities of Excellence Awards as having overcome adversity and challenges to become one of the top condominiums in Florida. The Towers faced stiff competition for the award from other condominiums throughout the state of Florida. In the end, it came down to three finalists: The Towers, Windward Bay Condominiums in Longboat Key, and Yacht Harbour Condominium in Miami. The excitement was palpable as The Towers was announced as the winner before 500 people at the Bonaventure Resort & Spa's Conference Center in Weston.
This is a huge win for the residents of our community, our board, and for Fort Myers. After massive damage from Hurricane Charley, The Towers was nearly condemned. Strong leadership by the board and the tenacity of the owners resurrected the Towers from near destruction and transformed it into the beautiful structure and cohesive community it is today. It is no wonder the judges were convinced that The Towers is the 2015 Comeback Kid. All owners and residents can be rightfully proud of what has been accomplished and this well deserved, state-wide recognition.
From the Florida Communities of Excellence Awards, "The Florida Communities of Excellence Awards is the first and only comprehensive, independent recognition program for the tens of thousands of community associations throughout Florida. Now in its seventh year, the program enables the top communities in the state to promote their accomplishments and rise their profiles while documenting their success and enabling others to learn from their examples."
The condo information area is very informative containing important phone numbers and useful websites like www.leepa.org, and including forms a new resident or buyer can download or a current resident can review. These would include the Florida Statues, Tower’s Lease, Applications for future Tenants and Owners, Towing Policies, Rules and Regulations, Insurance Information, Hurricane Procedures, Guest Form, Bike Registration Form, Emergency Information, and Approved Contractors. Additionally you will find Floor Plans for the one and two Bedroom Units for future residents to plan the layout of their placement of their furniture, Approved Window and Specifications, Coupon Book for Monthly Fees, and a link with a map for location of Alliant Property Management so you can have directions to if need be and their webpage. There is an area for owners who rent their units or units for sale that we ask you to provide to Terry Ondak in writing or call 239-292-7153 with the description of your unit, price and terms. We would like to offer at no charge to list the unit either for rent and or for sale. We believe by providing us with this information it will have a positive impact on the ability to rent or sell your unit.
A real estate link is added for you to choose the realtor company that best fits your needs for rentals or sales.
The Online Payments will allow you to establish an account with Alliant Property Management for payment of your monthly dues or review your balance. We have linked Comcast, and Florida Power and Light for you to do the same with.
Our Photo Gallery will show our layout of a furnished one and two bedroom units and the updated Clubhouse. In addition the gallery will include the pool, courtyard, laundry room, and all sides of the building showing the beautiful landscaped areas with the parking spaces. You can review over 170 pictures of the damage to the Towers after Hurricane Charlie and Wilma.
We provided a map of the location of the Towers with a “To Here”, “From Here”, and “Search Nearby” to assist you with directions that will aide you to your destination.
The Link section will have the news links that include TV stations and newspapers of the most popular. If you like any to be added say so in the “Contact Us” section. Google Earth is always fun to search and explore. Having Live Traffic and Tropical Weather will assist you in up to date news to inform you what to do now and make the best detour to from any traffic slowdowns or inclement weather.
